Filters - SF
SF series clean air filters are available as cartridge type or disposable type models. The filtration level is 0.01 micron (filtering efficiency of 99.99%) on units with membrane elements. The SFB20, with a sintered metallic element, has a nominal filtration of 120 micron. The SF series can be used under different environments with chemical resistant and heat resistant materials (refer to catalog specifications for each series).
SFD, Clean Air Filter
The SFD series clean air filter utilizes hollow fiber membrane elements to provide 0.01 micron filtration at 99.99% efficiency. It is available in both disposable and serviceable types in resin, aluminum construction. It is designed for use with both compressed air and nitrogen.
SFDA, Bacteria Removal Filter with Hollow Fiber Element
SFDA series is a stainless steel inline filter with hollow fiber element to remove bacteria from compressed air that passes through it. SFDA series uses materials compliant with FDA and Japan's food sanitation law for its wetted path. SFDA filter is suitable for direct air blowing to food products.
SFA100/200/300, Clean Gas Filter, Cartridge Type/Disc Style
The SFA series clean gas filters are cartridge style filters that utilize a replaceable PTFE membrane disc to achieve 0.01 micron filtration at 99.99% efficiency. They are suitable for use with compressed air or nitrogen. The electropolished 316 stainless steel housing provides a smooth flow path and durability in clean environments.
SFB100, Clean Gas Filter, Cartridge Type/Straight Style
The SFB100 series clean gas filter can be used with compressed air or nitrogen where 0.01 micron filtration is required (99.99% efficiency). These cartridge type 316 stainless steel units feature a replaceable PTFE membrane element and FKM seals.
SFB200, Clean Gas Strainer, Cartridge Type/Straight Style
The SFB200 series clean gas strainer can serve as a prefilter for clean gas filters or a standalone unit when filtration is less critical. These units feature replaceable elements, and both the housing and element are 316 stainless steel. With a 120 micron filtration and 400 lpm flow rating, the SFB is an excellent choice for less critical clean air or nitrogen applications.

The SFB300 series clean gas filter is a disposable 316 stainless steel model with a PTFE membrane element that provides 0.01 micron filtration at 99.99% efficiency. The electrolytic polished housing has smooth flow paths.
SFC100, Clean Gas Filter, Disposable Type/Multiple Disc Style
The SFC100 series clean gas filters are disposable units with multiple PTFE membrane discs for reliable performance. Featuring electrolytic polished 316 stainless steel housings for smooth flow paths, they provide 0.01 micron filtration at 99.99% efficiency.
